By accessing or using ThemeHub at themehub.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

ThemeHub provides WordPress themes, plugins, readymade website designs, installation, customization, and related setup services through the Hostao project desk. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

Many ThemeHub items are delivered using agency, developer, or multi-site licenses held by ThemeHub/Hostao. Before payment or delivery, we confirm whether the requested theme, plugin, or service is covered for the customer project and what usage rights apply.

Customers receive the usage rights allowed by the applicable vendor license for their project. A ThemeHub order does not automatically transfer ownership of the original theme, plugin, source marketplace account, or broader redistribution rights unless the specific vendor license allows it in writing.

WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and related assets remain the property of their respective authors or vendors. Buyers receive project usage rights and/or implementation services, not ownership of third-party intellectual property.

ThemeHub may provide asset selection, license confirmation, installation, configuration, customization, hosting setup, migration, and basic support. Raw file delivery, updates, white-label handoff, or use across multiple websites depends on the applicable license and the agreed service scope.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute purchased themes without authorization
• Resell, share, or transfer third-party plugins or themes beyond the confirmed license terms
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or systematically extract data without permission

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that themes will be error-free or compatible with all environments.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
